This campaign was designed for three properties managed by Golub & Company and connected by their location on the northwest side of the City of Chicago. Wicker Park, Bucktown, and Logan Square are eclectic neighborhoods known for their vibrant, artistic, and hip vibe. We set out to create a brand that would appeal to our target market who wants to live in this part of the city. However, we also wanted to make them feel like they had a choice between three awesome buildings, so we created a story for each building and the tenant’s lifestyle that it would appeal to finishing it with the tagline “I Choose (the building’s name)".
