THE BRYN

Golub acquired Lake Shore Tower in 2017. Now known as The Bryn, the property underwent a stunning transformation. The building needed a new brandto capture both the great vibe of the Edgewater neighborhood and the exciting new apartments and amenities currently under development.

The logo designed reflected the simple and modern feel of the building. While the marketing collateral mimicked the vintage vibe of the historic Edgewater neighborhood. The idea was to modernize the brand of “The Bryn” while maintaining a nostalgic feel that would appeal to the diverse eclectic mix of people that know and love Edgewater.
