CENTURY TOWER
Golub embarked on a joint venture with USAA Real Estate to acquire Century Tower, a 292-unit art deco high-rise at 182 W. Lake St. The venture is turning the 88-year-old condo building back into rental apartments.
The marketing team at Golub worked on rebranding the identity of the building while it undergoes these renovations. The building needed an updated modern logo that would also reflect the Art Deco design of this historic building.
We continued this “Old vs. New” idea into the building signage, collateral, and website design by showing old fashion photos juxtaposed to modern photos of the same concept. We also incorporated the message “A New Era on Lake & Wells” and “Est. 1930” into the designs.
